Welcome
The Stevens Memorial Library Bookmobile Van is a customized Sprinter Van built to carry a small collection of library materials to various locations around North Andover! It allows the Library to extend its outreach into the community. The Bookmobile Van also operates as a mobile Wi-Fi hotspot!
Services
The Bookmobile Van and its services are open to all and free, just like the Library itself! The Bookmobile Van is a pop-up library on wheels. It carries materials and information for patrons to browse from book carts and tables arranged outside the van. You're able to get a library card or renew one; check out, renew, and return materials for children, teens, and adults; talk to a librarian; and learn about Library programs and its other services. Materials borrowed from the Bookmobile Van will be able to be returned to the Bookmobile Van, to the Library or any library in the Merrimack Valley Library Consortium (MVLC).
Watch for news and updates on the Library’s website: www.StevensMemLib.org. To get library updates sent directly to your email, sign up for our newsletter!
Destinations
Where can the Stevens Bookmobile Van go? Schools, events, apartment complexes, parks and more! This is the Bookmobile Van's first year so we are learning about its operations and how to best make visits with it. Over time we expect to add regular routes and stops. You're able to find scheduled stops on our online calendar.
