This program is about access and affordability, so it’s available to any job seeker who lacks digital access.

The Mass Internet Connect* program is a partnership between the Massachusetts Broadband Institute (MBI) and MassHire, with implementation assistance by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners, to address the digital divide and support digital literacy and equity.

Note: In order to ensure security of personal information, MassHire Career Centers require release from the customer verbally to enroll them in the program. Once at MassHire, the job seeker must register on JobQuest for this service.
